Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the exception of national holidays.

We are located in the St. Luke’s Sugar Land Hospital complex in the Sugar Land Medical Plaza Building. We are on the northeast side of Highway 59 and Highway 6, in the Lake Pointe Town Center, at 1327 Lake Pointe Parkway, Suite 416 on the 4th floor.

The Medical Plaza Building is between the St. Luke’s Emergency Room and the 5 story Parking Garage. Our address is on our building. You can park in the surface parking lot outside or in the parking garage. There is no charge for parking.

Travel and Directions

When driving South (away from Houston) on Highway 59 S:

Take Highway 59 south to the Williams Trace exit. Exit Williams Trace and get in your right hand lane.
Go through the light at Williams Trace. Lake Pointe Parkway is in between Williams Trace and highway 6, immediately after the Fidelity Bank.
Take a right on to Lake Pointe Parkway.
Go to the 1st stop sign (townhomes will end on your right) and the emergency room, our building and the parking garage will be to your right.
Turn in to the parking lot and either park there or the parking garage.

When driving North (driving towards Houston) on Highway 59 N

Take Highway 59 north to Williams Trace/Sugar Lakes exit. Stay on the feeder road and do a u-turn at Williams Trace.
Lake Pointe Parkway is in between Williams Trace and highway 6, immediately after the Fidelity Bank.
Take a right on to Lake Pointe Parkway.
Go to the 1st stop sign (townhomes will end on your right) and the emergency room, our building and the parking garage will be to your right.
Turn in to the parking lot and either park there or the parking garage.

When driving from the north on Highway 6

Take Highway 6 south to Fluor Drive (north of Highway 59).
Take a left on Fluor Drive to Creekbend Drive (1st stop sign, there is no street sign at this intersection).
Take a left on Creekbend Drive to Lake Pointe Parkway.
Take a right on Lake Pointe Parkway (not a stop sign) and go to the first stop sign, the Medical Plaza Building is between the St. Luke’s Emergency Room and the 5 story Parking Garage or your left.

When driving from the south on Highway 6

Take Highway 6 north past Highway 59. Take a right on Fluor Drive to Creekbend Drive (there is no street sign at this intersection).
Take a left on Creekbend Drive. Go to Lake Pointe Parkway and take a right.
Go to the first stop sign.
The Medical Plaza Building is between the St. Luke’s Emergency Room and the 5 story Parking Garage on your left.
