David W. Powell, M.D.

Dr. Powell is a Board Certified Dermatologist licensed in both Texas and Louisiana. He is a 1993 graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Powell served an Internship in Internal Medicine at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia and a Dermatology Residency at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is a former Senior Flight Surgeon in the US Navy. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Harris County Medical Society.

Amanda Hall, PA-C

"As a physician assistant, the most rewarding part of my job is being able to spend quality time educating my patients. Whether it's discussing prevention of skin cancer, treatment of skin disorders, or cosmetic skin care, I hope people leave our office with a better understanding and appreciation of their skin and, ultimately, feeling better about themselves." 

Amanda Hall graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX in 2006.  Prior to PAschool, she received her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. 

Amanda is a member of the following professional organizations: 

•   Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants  

•   American Academy of Physician Assistants 

Amanda lives in Houston and enjoys spending time with her husband and their young daughter. We are excited to have her as a part of our team and our practice.
