We are a broad-based dermatology practice offering a full range of dermatologic services including medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Our Staff is dedicated to providing the highest standard, quality of care for you and your family.

Dr. Powell is a Board Certified Dermatologist licensed in both Texas and Louisiana. He is a 1993 graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Powell served an Internship in Internal Medicine at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia and a Dermatology Residency at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is a former Senior Flight Surgeon in the US Navy. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Harris County Medical Society.
